Do you want to return a package? Then follow the steps below:

Step 1. Place the hardware in a sturdy box, with sufficient protective material.

Step 2. State the reason for the return and the name of your organization and put it in the box. So that we know from whom we will receive the items back. Download the form at the bottom of this page.

Step 3. Write the following freepost number on the box/package and deliver your package to a PostNL point near you:

Step 4. Then forward your Track & Trace code to rma@twelve.eu. This way we can keep an eye on the package.
