In the management environment, you can specify which VAT rates you use for your products.

It is possible that when you try to add or change a product, you receive the message that there is no VAT rate to select.

Step 1. Go to the management environment and choose Client Settings > Report Settings > Report Settings. 

Step 2. Then you can select the different rates you want to use for the products by 'VAT'.

Step 3. Finally, do not forget to click on 'save' (at the bottom of the page).
