How do I add a product?
Step 1. Go to admin.twelve.eu.
Step 2. Go to Product admin > Products > Products, scroll down the page and click 'Product Add'.
Step 3. A new screen will appear. Here you can enter the name of the product as displayed on the cash register terminal (Name on terminal), the name of the product as displayed in the report (Name on web) and the price of the product (Credits).
On the Productbeheer > Products > Product add page, only a number can be typed into the price field. It is possible to have a different type of character in a price field, namely when it is pasted. Sometimes it happens that a € is pasted into the price field or an O is used as a 0. When this happens, a € character is automatically removed and an o (both small and capitalised) is converted to a 0, without displaying an error message.
If you want to add a return product, than you can use an amount under 0. You will have to fill in '-5 euro' under 'Credits'.
Step 4. Select the VAT-rate which needs to be connected to this product: High (21%), Low (9%), or no VAT at all (0%). Complete the checkbox under 'Active' (by placing a check mark, which comes up automatically when you click on the box), so that this can be classified.

Step 5. Finally, the check marks for 'Print receipt on' (Bar and Kitchen) remain. These check marks determine on which printer there will need to be printed.
When the check mark is placed at 'Bar', a receipt is printed on the bar printer, if any, when the 'Print last receipt' button is used. When the check mark is placed at 'Kitchen', the receipt is printed on the kitchen printer, if any.
Please note: when you work with the tablemodule, than you make use of print locations. You can set these under Printer Bar and Printer Kitchen (you don't have to check these either). Click here for more information.
